Job summary

LocalAgentFinder in Melbourne seeks a Chief Product Officer to own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across homeowner journeys and agent experiences. You will lead a data-driven, AI-enabled evolution of the product, driving conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction while guiding a growing product and design team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management including 3+ years leading product teams in a marketplace/lead-generation/SaaS.
• Proven ability to optimise high-volume conversion funnels and drive revenue.
• Strong UX/UI leadership for high-traffic consumer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Own the funnel and product strategy for the homeowner journey across web and app.
• Lead data-driven optimization and AI-enabled experiences to increase conversion and revenue.
• Collaborate with Data & AI, Engineering, Marketing and Operations; present to Board.
• Build and scale a high-performing product and design team with executive visibility.
