Job summary

Harvey Norman is seeking a hands-on Administrative Assistant based onsite at the Corporate Office in Homebush West, NSW. You will support product and marketing functions with supplier liaison, catalogues, proofs, and content updates while coordinating orders, samples and reports.

Ideal candidates have strong organisational and communication skills, proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel, and the ability to multi-task in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and clerical tasks.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the product database, intranet, and online marketplace.
• Liaise with suppliers to coordinate promotional offers, samples, product details & reports.
• Assist in production with preparation of purchase orders, seasonal range selection, artwork and packaging checks, and product samples.
• Prepare product briefs and coordinate photography.
• Maintain communication with stores regarding new product launches and promotions.
