Southern Star Windows & Doors is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the product portfolio from concept through commercialisation. You will drive end-to-end lifecycle, navigate competing priorities, and shape strategies across windows, doors and related systems.

You will collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Production, Procurement, Sales and Marketing to ensure commercial success, profitability, and market leadership in Australia.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in product management within windows, doors, glazing, aluminium systems or broader building products.
• Strong understanding of stage-gate product development and commercialisation processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage products through their entire lifecycle.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across technical and commercial teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyse costs, margins, ROI and business opportunities.

• Owning and managing the product roadmap across windows, doors and related systems.
• Leading the full stage-gate product development process from concept to launch.
• Building compelling business cases and evaluating commercial opportunities.
