Job summary

Southern Star Windows & Doors is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the product portfolio from concept through commercialisation, shaping the future of our window and door ranges. You will lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Engineering, Production, Procurement, Sales and Marketing to deliver end-to-end lifecycle, build business cases, manage launches, pricing and market performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management within building products (windows/doors/glazing) and related sectors.
• Strong understanding of stage-gate development and commercialisation processes.
• Ability to manage products through their entire lifecycle and influence decisions across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap across windows, doors and systems.
• Lead full stage-gate development from concept to launch.
• Build compelling business cases and evaluate commercial opportunities.
• Balance customer needs, technical requirements, manufacturing capability and profitability.
• Drive cross-functional projects and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Manage product launches, pricing strategies and go-to-market activities.
• Monitor product performance, margins, quality and market success.
