Job summary

vital.ly is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own customer‑facing product areas, from discovery to launch, with close collaboration to Design and Engineering. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience or equivalent level.
• Experience in an environment with strong product practices.
• Ability to prioritise roadmaps using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Collaborates closely with Design and Engineering across the lifecycle.
• Works cross-functionally with Customer Service, Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own customer-facing product areas from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Lead discovery, validation and prioritisation to shape the roadmap.
• Write clear product requirements and work with Design/Engineering.
• Define success metrics and monitor outcomes post-launch.
