Job summary

Best Practice Software Pty Ltd in Brisbane/Bundaberg area seeks a Technical Product Manager (Product Owner) to bridge government and industry requirements with product design. You’ll own the backlog for API integrations and data standards, driving prioritisation with a delivery-focused team.

You’ll analyse feedback from healthcare stakeholders, shape API roadmaps, and collaborate across design and architecture to deliver end-to-end customer workflows. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Experience directly with APIs, integrations or technical specs on tech-centric projects.
• Able to read API/data specs and translate into user stories and workflows.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and healthcare data standards such as FHIR.
• Degree or equivalent in CS/SE/IS or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical requirements into product design specs and workflows for delivery teams.
• Plan and drive delivery of third-party integrations with Product Design and Architecture.
• Analyze market feedback from government, industry and healthcare to shape API roadmaps.
• Monitor industry changes that affect product roadmaps and embedded components.
• Collaborate with product design, architecture and delivery to build user-friendly software.
