Job summary

Flare, a leading provider of benefits and onboarding solutions backed by MYOB, is seeking a commercially sharp relationship-builder to lead our ANZ network sales growth across HRIS and payroll platforms. You will own the network sales number, shape your territory and build trusted relationships with commercial and technical leaders across a close-knit industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B enterprise sales, partnerships or business development in AU/NZ.
• Experience in HRIS, payroll, HR tech, or adjacent SaaS.
• Proven record closing multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles.
• Land-and-expand approach to grow value within partner or customer accounts.
• Strong negotiation and contracting experience including revenue-share models.

Responsibilities

• Own new-business and growth targets across HRIS/payroll partner network.
• Build, qualify and progress a focused ANZ pipeline of platform partners.
• Map the market, prioritise target accounts and run territory/account plans.
• Develop partner propositions that create value for business and end users.
• Lead commercial negotiations including revenue-share, referral and distribution terms.
• Grow partnerships through joint plans, deeper integrations and distribution.
