Job summary

NCS Australia is seeking a Product Manager (Authentication) to lead the CIAM transformation, shaping authentication policies and customer journeys across channels. You will work with UX, Architecture, Cyber Security, Fraud and Engineering to implement login, MFA, passwordless and session management, migrating to common CIAM platforms.

A strong background in CIAM, OAuth/OIDC and agile product delivery is essential, with proven stakeholder engagement across Digital, Operations, Security and Tech

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in CIAM/Identity programs.
• Deep understanding of authentication concepts: MFA, SSO, OTP, passwordless, account recovery.
• Familiarity with OAuth/OIDC and API-based identity services.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the authentication roadmap across customer channels.
• Collaborate with UX, Architecture, Cyber Security, Fraud and Engineering to simplify journeys.
• Lead the implementation of login, MFA, OTP, passwordless and session management features.
• Migrate channels to common CIAM platforms and align cross-functional workstreams.
