Job summary

Quartex Software in Perth, Western Australia, seeks a Product Lead to shape and deliver Data & Analytics and Profile / Identity capabilities, driving customer and commercial value through scalable, data-driven AI-enabled solutions across the portfolio.

You will own the product vision and roadmap, prioritise the backlog, partner with Engineering, Architecture and Product teams, and translate customer insights into measurable outcomes that improve adoption and business performance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in product roadmap management.
• Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, dbt, Power BI or equivalent.
• Knowledge of identity, IAM, multi-tenant SaaS and data governance concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Data & Analytics and Quartex Profile / Identity.
• Prioritise and manage the product backlog, balancing customer needs, commercial value and cross-product dependencies.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture and Product teams to deliver scalable, high-quality platform capabilities.
• Use customer insights, data and AI to improve product adoption, performance and commercial outcomes.
