Job summary

Quartex Software in Perth, Western Australia, seeks a Product Lead to shape and deliver Data & Analytics and Profile / Identity capabilities, driving customer and commercial value through scalable, data-driven AI-enabled solutions across the portfolio.

You will own the product vision and roadmap, prioritise the backlog, partner with Engineering, Architecture and Product teams, and translate customer insights into measurable outcomes that improve adoption and business performance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in product roadmap management.
• Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, dbt, Power BI or equivalent.
• Knowledge of identity, IAM, multi-tenant SaaS and data governance concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer and commercial outcomes.

About the role

We are seeking a Product Lead to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping and delivering Quartex’s Data & Analytics and Profile / Identity capabilities, driving customer and commercial value through scalable, data-driven and AI-enabled solutions across the portfolio. You’ll thrive if you enjoy solving complex product challenges, working cross-functionally, using data to guide decisions, and delivering meaningful customer and commercial impact.
