Job summary

Quantium in Sydney is seeking a Lead Strategy Manager to join the Consumer division, translating strategic ambitions into rigorous frameworks, business cases, and implementation roadmaps while collaborating with senior leadership to shape the division’s commercial model and AI-enabled service portfolio.

You will partner with Consumer leadership on GTM strategies, client segmentation, pricing, and governance, combining strategic development with hands-on delivery across global markets.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in strategy development, ideally with consulting background or equivalent roles.
Strong analytical problem-solving and ability to structure ambiguous problems.
Proven financial modelling and business case development experience.
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Own analytical and strategic development of critical business questions including commercial model evolution.
Partner with leadership to shape go-to-market strategies and pricing.
Translate strategic recommendations into implementable roadmaps with delivery teams.
Build credibility across stakeholder groups and navigate matrix environments.
