Pernod Ricard is seeking a Supply Chain Product Specialist to support compliant, customer-ready products for Australia and New Zealand. You will coordinate product information, GS1 requirements and project activity to enable successful launches and changes.

Reporting to the S&OP Manager, you will contribute to product compliance, launch readiness and reporting across ANZ. The role suits someone with strong coordination, project management and analytical skills in a cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supply Chain, Product Coordination, Operations, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics or Demand Planning role.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects, product launches or changes.
• Ability to prepare, analyse and present reports using Excel or similar tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage product set-ups for new launches, packaging changes and artwork updates, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Service and external suppliers.
• Maintain accurate product data including barcode information, specifications and system updates.
• Assist in preparing and analysing supply chain reports and KPIs.
• Monitor timelines, milestones and resolve issues impacting availability or service.
