Job summary

Sazerac is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist for a 7-month fixed-term contract in Australia. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer outcomes, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and 3PL partners to ensure on-time stock delivery and accurate order processing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in FMCG, operations or liquor industry.
• Strong customer focus with ability to manage end-to-end order fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day customer order fulfilment with 3rd party logistics partners.
• Own and deliver customer DC booking outcomes.
• Be first point of escalation for order/delivery issues within the order-to-cash cycle.
• Produce operational reporting and KPI management.
• Communicate proactively with customers and resolve queries promptly.
• Support wider Supply Chain team as needed.
