Job summary

Surf Hardware International Pty Ltd – Coffs Harbour NSW is seeking an Industrial Designer to develop fin and technical products using CAD software, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with suppliers and production teams.

The candidate will guide other designers, applying knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and cost structures to drive product development in surf hardware and sports equipment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Design or related field.
• 5-10+ years' experience in industrial design, surf hardware, or sports equipment development.
• Proven expertise in fin design and development.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks).
• Proficiency in Adobe programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Competency in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (injection moulding), materials, and cost structures.

About you
