The Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) is seeking a Product Designer on a fixed-term 12-month contract to shape the iview experience across web, mobile and connected TV.

Working within a cross-functional team, you will own design from discovery to delivery, apply human-centred practices, conduct audience research and translate insights into intuitive interfaces while collaborating with Product, Engineering and Research teams.

Formación

• Experience turning audience insights into finished UI deployed to production.
• Experience in a cross-functional product team environment.
• Knowledge of video on demand, streaming trends, and digital media design.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders across disciplines.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end product design activities for complex iview experiences from discovery to delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to explore opportunities and trade-offs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and detailed interfaces to guide build and release.
• Apply human-centred design to deliver accessible, engaging audience experiences.
• Plan and conduct audience research, usability testing and beta activities with partners.
• Translate insights into design opportunities, recommendations and improvements.
• Define and evaluate product experiments to measure audience impact.
• Facilitate workshops to align teams and progress work.
