Job summary

dreamerlabs is looking for a product analytics lead to own end-to-end analytics, from event logging to experiments. You will work closely with engineers to interpret data and drive product decisions in a fast-growing AI-driven entertainment platform based in Sydney.

You will prototype and run analyses, build reliable dashboards, and ensure investigations distinguish real signals from noise. The role emphasizes ownership, speed, and impact in a collaborative office setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on product analytics with query writing and verifiable conclusions.
• Ability to create and debug event logging, read/write code, and work with engineers.
• Methodical, skeptical approach to investigations; distinguish real insights from signals.
• Hunger to move fast, learn the product, and uncover truths.

Responsibilities

• Own product analytics end-to-end: logging, funnels, experiments, anomaly detection.
• Investigate changes in user behavior and identify affected sources, products, or infra.
• Run A/B tests: set up events, review implementations, interpret results.
• Implement analytics and logging to map customer journeys in detail.
