• Ability to reason causally about spend; attribution and incrementality.
• Hands-on data skills; pull queries, read funnel, and build models.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale performance marketing end-to-end including strategy, execution, and optimization.
• Define the playbook as you go and operate across DSPs and paid channels.
• Own attribution, measurement, and incremental impact across campaigns.
