Merivale’s Fred’s on Paddington’s Oxford Street is seeking an incredible Sous Chef who thrives in a high-end, produce-led kitchen. You will lead a small brigade, run sections, and mentor team members under Head Chef, contributing to seasonal menus and guest experience in a rustic, open kitchen environment.

You are passionate about hospitality, have at least 5 years in top venues, and are calm under pressure with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a high-end restaurant or wine bar.
• Experience at Sous Chef level or ready to step up.
• Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.
• Comfortable leading and mentoring a small team of chefs.

Responsibilities
