Job summary

UBank is seeking a Procurement Support and Insights Manager to strengthen the day-to-day procurement operations with data maintenance, insights, and enablement across the sourcing lifecycle.

You will develop dashboards, analyze procurement data for trends, and support policy and process improvements. The role emphasizes AI-enabled tools and cross-functional collaboration within a hybrid Sydney-based environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ relevant experience in procurement, operations, data reporting or a related role.
• Strong analytical and data quality skills with ability to turn data into insights.
• Knowledge of procurement frameworks and processes.
• Great organizational, coordination, and documentation discipline.
• Experience developing AI solutions, dashboards, workflow or reporting tools.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with automation or transformation projects is advantageous.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of procurement processes, tools, systems and workflows across the source-to-contract lifecycle.
• Manage and triage business sourcing requests, ensuring requests are appropriately routed and progressed.
• Maintain procurement data, registers and reporting, supporting strong data quality and controls.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting across spend, sourcing, suppliers, risk and procurement performance.
• Analyse procurement data to identify trends, issues and actionable insights that support better decision-making.
• Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of procurement policies, processes, controls, templates and guidance.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual effort and improve the business experience of working with Procurement.
• Support the development and adoption of digital tools, workflow automation and AI solutions across Procurement.
• Support Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Governance teams with operational, reporting and enablement activities.
• Develop user guides, training and communications and support adoption of new procurement processes and tools.
• Work with stakeholders across Procurement, Risk, Finance, Legal, Security and the business to resolve process and operational issues.
• Support procurement planning, governance, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

About the role:

The Procurement Support & Insights Manager supports the effective day-to-day operation and ongoing enablement of Ubank’s procurement function. The role provides operational support, data maintenance, analysis and insights, process and systems enablement, helping Procurement and the business work efficiently and consistently within Ubank’s procurement framework.

A key focus is improving the procurement experience, through quality data and reporting, effective tools and processes, digital & AI enablement and practical support to Procurement and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

What will you bring?

• Strong organisational skills, project management or coordinator experience, with high attention to detail and documentation discipline.
• Experience developing AI solutions, dashboards, workflow or reporting tools.
• Experience in process improvement, automation, AI or transformation projects advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• A proactive, curious and improvement-focused mindset.
• Experience in financial services or another regulated environment would be advantageous
