Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications coupled with proven lead experience.
• Strong technical knowledge complemented by commercial acumen and supplier management.
• Track record of leading teams and delivering business improvements.
• Well-developed stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with digital procurement solutions and sustainability practices is valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive supplier performance, cost optimisation and value creation initiatives.
• Lead transformation and continuous improvement programs across the Services Supply Chain.
• Support the delivery of regional and global supply chain priorities.
• Oversee sourcing, procurement operations, supplier management and compliance.
• Ensure efficient supply of materials, services and subcontractor resources.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, safety and continuous improvement.
