Schneider Electric is seeking a senior Supply Chain Deployment Project Manager to lead regional transformation initiatives across the APAC region. The role is based in Benalla or Melbourne and will coordinate plant restructurings, capacity changes and industrial transfers.

The successful candidate will drive governance, risk management and change leadership across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with global ETO operations and regional objectives.

Formación

• Relevant tertiary qualifications (Engineering Industrial, Process Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics) and a depth of experience across similar senior supply chain roles.
• Previous experience leading large-scale manufacturing, industrial transformation, plant restructuring or multi-site projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain and workforce planning in a global/regional context.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and engage cross-functional stakeholders to deliver change; able to travel APAC as required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional transformation projects including plant restructurings, line extensions and capacity adaptations.
• Coordinate multi-site delivery, plan LTIP and PWP activities, and ensure regional alignment.
• Manage resources and transitions, overseeing workforce and skills-related changes.
• Drive risk management and operational continuity with proactive planning and issue escalation.
• Ensure governance and quality control through audits, action plans and stage-gate deliverables.
• Lead change management, steering committees, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Travel to various APAC sites as required.
