Job summary

Ausgrid is seeking an experienced Supply Chain and Logistics Leader to own end-to-end performance, including planning, ordering, warehousing and distribution. The role spans multiple sites with travel to main assets, and reports to the Head of Logistics, Fleet & Logistics.

You will lead ~30-person teams, drive transformation, establish KPIs, and partner across Procurement, Fleet, Finance and IT to improve outcomes while balancing service and cost.

Qualifications

• Leadership across logistics, warehousing or end-to-end supply chain.
• Forecasting, planning, warehousing, inventory and distribution experience.
• Proven CI and operational excellence delivery.
• Experience leading complex operational teams and frontline leaders.
• Integrated business planning and KPI discipline experience.
• Supplier and contract management with budgets and costs.
• Strong safety and compliance understanding.
• Data-driven problem solving with a challenger mindset.
• Stakeholder influence and collaboration skills.
• Tertiary qualification in supply chain, logistics, business or related discipline.
