Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; electrical engineering background preferred.
• 5–7 years in procurement, contract management, or project procurement.
• Experience in contract negotiations and claim management.
• Ability to develop and implement procurement strategies for projects.
• Experience qualifying and evaluating suppliers, leading negotiations, and creating RFX/eAuctions.
• Comfort representing procurement in international teams and engaging with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Shape and implement project-specific procurement strategies with local commodity alignment.
• Lead end-to-end procurement: vendor selection, negotiation, contracts, and performance management.
• Prepare and lead commodity kick-offs and negotiations; document outcomes.
• Collaborate with project managers, commercial teams, and requisitioners to meet project needs.
• Monitor budgets and market trends; use supplier evaluations to drive savings and improvements.
• Address procurement risks, uphold policies and ethics, and champion digital tools.
