Job summary
Schneider Electric in Sydney is seeking an IT & Digital Business Partner (Relationship Manager) to align technology strategy with business priorities across the Pacific Zone. You will partner with senior leaders to drive digital transformation and deliver value across Digital Energy and Services operations in a truly global organisation.
As part of a hybrid team, you will lead governance, planning and delivery of technology initiatives, balancing strategic objectives with practical execution
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification and experience with SAP and ERP environments.
- Proven IT/Digital Business Partner or BRM experience in a multinational setting.
- Experience delivering digital transformation initiatives and technology-enabled outcomes.
- Strong collaboration with senior leaders across global teams.
- Background in areas such as Applications, Cloud, AI and Networks.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders and senior leaders to drive digital transformation and prioritise demand.
- Deliver technology-enabled outcomes that improve operational performance.
- Maintain project governance, budgeting, and delivery across time zones.
- Guide stakeholders through complex challenges with commercial judgement.
- Lead specialist projects, provide governance and mentorship to teams.
