Job summary

Benmax is expanding its procurement function with a new PO/Product Data Officer role to own end-to-end PO administration and ensure ERP item data accuracy. You will collaborate with buyers, finance, receiving and engineering under master data standards.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will manage PO processing, item master data, BOM changes and three-way matching to support accurate inventory and planning.

Responsibilities

• Administer purchase orders from start to finish, raise orders from requisitions, issue orders, record acknowledgements, and close out.
• Follow up overdue acknowledgements to ensure reliable delivery dates.
• Maintain item master data (part numbers, descriptions, suppliers, pricing, lead times, units) per standards.
• Process item and BOM changes per change control processes.
• Support three-way matching by resolving PO/receipt/invoice discrepancies with finance and receiving.
• Ensure purchasing transactions post to the inventory ledger.
• Prepare routine purchasing reports (open orders, overdue confirmations, price variances).
• Document PO administration procedures as established.
