Job summary

Reserve Bank of Australia is seeking a highly organised Procurement Operations Support Officer to provide procurement and contract administration support across the Bank. The role involves acting as the first point of contact for procurement queries, offering guidance on policies, procedures, systems and processes.

You will work across procurement, contract management and reporting, ensuring compliant and well-governed practices while supporting low-value self-service activities and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, contract management or governance is preferred.
• Ability to interpret procurement policies and apply them to operations.
• Comfort with transactional processing and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, administrative support for procurement and contract management systems.
• Be first point of contact for procurement-related enquiries and guidance on policies.
• Ensure daily procurement and contract tasks are accurate and timely.
• Support self-service procurement activities and use of AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
• Monitor systems and work with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with contract execution through DocuSign and maintain records in the CMS.
• Produce reports on contract management and expiries for business continuity.
