Job summary

Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure NSW is seeking a Procurement Support Officer for the Bradfield Development Authority in Penrith. This permanent full-time role provides procurement coordination, admin support and governance across the project’s contracting activities.

You will organise meetings, maintain records, liaise with internal and external stakeholders and help drive improvements in procurement processes within NSW’s most significant development program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience coordinating procurement activities and records.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders clearly.
• Knowledge of procurement processes or government procurement frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to organise, prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to delivering quality outcomes and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement and administrative support to the Bradfield Development Authority.
• Coordinate meetings, track actions and assist with reporting.
