Working closely with the Development, Design, Construction and Commercial teams, you will lead procurement activities across major projects, with a strong focus on international sourcing, supplier management and commercial negotiations.

Given the role's regular interaction with Chinese suppliers and manufacturers, Mandarin language skills will be highly advantageous.

This position is ideally suited to an experienced Procurement Manager, Commercial Manager or Supply Chain professional looking to play a strategic role within a design-led development business.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies across luxury residential and mixed-use development projects.
  • Lead procurement of key building materials, façade systems, glazing packages, architectural finishes and specialist products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with international suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Coordinate procurement activities with development, design, construction and commercial teams.
  • Drive value engineering initiatives while maintaining design integrity and project quality.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts and supply agreements.
  • Monitor procurement budgets, lead times and supply chain risks across multiple projects.
  • Travel internationally as required to engage suppliers, attend factory visits and strengthen procurement partnerships.
What's on Offer
  • Join a market-leading developer-builder with an award-winning project portfolio.
  • Work alongside highly experienced development, design and construction professionals.
  • Exposure to luxury residential and mixed-use developments throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Significant international exposure and supplier engagement opportunities.
  • Strong pipeline of projects providing long-term career stability and growth.
  • Attractive remuneration package aligned to experience.
About You
  • Experience as a Procurement Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Commercial Manager or similar procurement-focused position.
  • Background within construction, property development, engineering, manufacturing or building materials.

  • Strong understanding of commercial negotiations, procurement processes and supplier management.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different business functions.
  • Commercially minded with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
  • Comfortable operating within a fast-paced and evolving project environment.
You Will Possess
  • Proven experience managing procurement activities across complex projects.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English will be highly advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management and supplier relationship management skills.
  • Understanding of development, design and construction delivery processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability.
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively within a collaborative team environment.
Why Consider This Role?

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded developer-builder where procurement is viewed as a strategic function rather than simply a transactional role.

You'll play a key role influencing project outcomes, supplier partnerships and commercial performance while working across some of Queensland's most prestigious developments.

For candidates seeking a position that offers international exposure, commercial responsibility and long-term career growth within a leading property business, this opportunity provides an outstanding platform to further develop their career.
