You will lead strategic procurement across luxury residential and mixed-use projects, engaging international suppliers and driving value through negotiations and supplier management.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Procurement Manager or similar procurement-focused role.
• Background in construction, property development, engineering, or building materials.
• Experience sourcing and procuring construction materials or specialist products.
• Strong understanding of commercial negotiations, procurement processes and supplier management.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different business functions.
• Mandarin and English fluency is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies across luxury residential and mixed-use development projects.
• Lead procurement of key building materials, façade systems, glazing packages, architectural finishes and specialist products.
• Build and maintain relationships with international suppliers and manufacturers.
• Coordinate procurement activities with development, design, construction and commercial teams.
• Drive value engineering initiatives while maintaining design integrity and project quality.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts and supply agreements.
• Monitor procurement budgets, lead times and supply chain risks across multiple projects.
• Travel internationally as required to engage suppliers, attend factory visits and strengthen procurement partnerships.
