Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, procurement or administration or similar support role
• Strong numerical skills and confidence with numbers
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and email systems
• Clear telephone manner and written/verbal communication
• Full unrestricted Australian working rights

Responsibilities

• Sourcing products, obtaining supplier quotes and placing orders
• Raising and processing purchase orders
• Speaking directly with suppliers and following up orders
• Coordinating staff travel, including flights, accommodation and car hire
• Managing courier bookings, deliveries and equipment returns
• Processing company credit and debit card expense reports
• Receiving, tagging and distributing equipment and consumables
• Maintaining equipment and office consumable stock levels
• Completing regular stocktakes and coordinating re-orders
• Coordinating equipment returns and maintenance requests
• Preparing purchasing data and reports
• Providing administrative support to the Purchasing Team Lead and wider business
