You will support the commercial team with administrative, procurement and governance tasks, coordinate procurement activities, assist with contract administration and maintain project records.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing high‑level administrative and operational support within a busy team environment.
• Experience supporting procurement, contract/project administration and financial processes with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities, including documentation, approvals, evaluation processes, timelines and stakeholder inputs.
• Support contract administration, consultant briefs, purchase orders, project budgets and expiry dates.
• Provide high‑level administrative and governance support, including reports, briefing notes and meeting coordination.
