Job summary

DLL in Australia is seeking a Procurement Business Partner (Local Buyer) to act as the interface between the APAC business and Global Procurement. You will guide supplier onboarding, maintain data governance, and ensure policy compliance while supporting reporting and systems enhancements.

Key responsibilities include coordinating approvals, resolving process issues, and aligning with Finance Transformation initiatives and Oracle Fusion adoption. Flexible work options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement operations and vendor lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with S2P/P2P processes and supplier onboarding.
• Ability to govern supplier master data and drive policy compliance.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Coupa or Ariba.
• Strong stakeholder management and process improvement skills.

Your function:

The Procurement Business Partner (Local Buyer) serves as the primary interface between the APAC business and the Global Procurement organization, ensuring effective supplier onboarding, TPDD administration, supplier master data governance and procurement compliance activities. Supports the Finance Transformation Program, Oracle Fusion adoption and future-state APAC operating model.

Day To Day

• Act as the interface between the local business and Global Procurement.
• Guide the business through supplier onboarding and due diligence processes.
• Ensure supplier master data quality and governance.
• Drive compliance with procurement policies and workflows.
• Coordinate approvals and resolve process issues.
• Support procurement reporting and systems rather than sourcing activities.

Your Profile

• Procurement operations experience.
• S2P/P2P process knowledge.
• Supplier onboarding and lifecycle management.
• Supplier risk and due diligence experience.
• Master data governance expertise.
• ERP systems: Oracle, SAP, Coupa, Ariba or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management and process improvement skills
• Aligns with Finance Transformation and Oracle Fusion adoption, addressing current onboarding backlogs while creating a sustainable governance capability.
