DLL Group in Sydney, Australia seeks a Sales Support Specialist to provide first-line internal sales support across a broad dealer network. The role covers application to settlement, driving timely processing and strong customer service with a proactive, autonomous approach.
You will support Account Managers and liaise with Risk, Legal, Finance and Asset Management teams to ensure compliant settlements and efficient workflows in a fast-paced environment.
As a Sales Support Specialist, your role is to provide first line internal sales support to DLL’s extensive customer, vendor and dealer networks. You will support the sales process from application to booking in line with internal processes and ensure that all settlement transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner and in compliance with company policies. You will support the Food & Agriculture Account Managers and their customers and partners in managing the pipeline of applications to ensure a positive experience for all parties. This role requires a high level of autonomy and proactivity when managing your day-to-day tasks.
The role is an important extension of the front-line external sales team and reports to the Team Leader Sales Support – Rabo Equipment Finance
