Job summary

TAG has partnered with one of Australia’s one of most diverse food manufacturing companies and is currently seeking to employ food process workers in Ermington.

These roles are across Monday to Friday with day, afternoon and night shift available. We have immediate starts available.

About the role

• Assisting on production lines within a bakery setting
• Packing, sorting, and preparing baked goods for distribution
• Monitoring product quality and consistency
• Operating basic bakery or production equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety requirements
• Manual handling and repetitive tasks
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production line equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Assist in the production and packaging of bread and bakery products
• Follow food safety, GMP, and hygiene procedures at all times
• Monitor product quality and report any issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets

• Proven experience working in large-scale food production or FMCG environments
