Job summary

Coles Group is hiring for a Process Worker at Banksmeadow in the Chef Fresh team. You will stage, decant, and deliver raw materials to production, ensuring fresh meals reach customers nationwide.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will follow GMP and Food Safety standards, participate in safety checks, and collaborate with team members to meet production targets. Full-time employment and roaster flexibility are available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMP and Food Safety standards.
• Experience handling raw meats and hygiene controls.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Staging, decanting and delivering raw materials to the production line.

About the role

Join us at Chef Fresh as a Process Worker and play an important role in our production team. Reporting to the Assistant Warehouse Manager, you’ll be staging, decanting, and delivering raw materials, ensuring we provide fresh, high-quality meals to our customers across Australia.

Shifts available:

Morning shift from 6:30am

About you and your skills

• Able to work autonomously and collaborate with the team to achieve production targets
• Apply your expertise in GMP & Food Safety Standards to ensure quality (handling of raw meats expected)
• You’ll excel in a fast-paced environment, hitting deadlines and delivering results
• Able to Communicate effectively and work well with others
• Confidently handle repetitive manual tasks
• Bring your experience in cold processing and commitment to safety (HACCP, Food Quality, WHS, etc.
• Able to complete pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol checks
