The Coles Group in Hamilton, VIC seeks a Fresh Produce Team Member to be the friendly face at the start of customers’ shopping experiences. You’ll inspire shoppers with your fresh produce display skills and help across flexible hours, including mornings and weekends.

No previous experience required; a positive attitude and reliability will see you succeed. Training and progression opportunities are available within a supportive team.

About the role

Could you be our next Fresh Produce Team Member? Be the friendly face at the start of our customers’ shopping experiences and inspire them with your fresh produce display skills.

About you and your skills

• A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace
• To know your stuff, as you’ll be a go-to person for customer queries
• To be active – you’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
• The availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days (including early mornings, evenings and weekends)
