Job summary

Coles Group is hiring for a Process Worker at Banksmeadow in the Chef Fresh team. You will stage, decant, and deliver raw materials to production, ensuring fresh meals reach customers nationwide.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will follow GMP and Food Safety standards, participate in safety checks, and collaborate with team members to meet production targets. Full-time employment and roaster flexibility are available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMP and Food Safety standards.
• Experience handling raw meats and hygiene controls.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol checks.
• Availability for full-time shifts.

Responsibilities

• Staging, decanting and delivering raw materials to the production line.
• Support the production team to ensure fresh, high-quality meals are packed for customers.
• Adhere to HACCP, WHS and food quality procedures.
