Job summary

Bread Solutions is seeking a Process Worker in Melbourne to support production on the factory floor, perform manual handling tasks and assist in machine operation across departments. The role emphasises strict adherence to food safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in food manufacturing, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a solid understanding of HACCP, GMP and QCP requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with live product (e.g. dough or other active ingredients).
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Solid understanding of HACCP, GMP and QCP requirements.
• Comfort using technology (e.g. iPads or other digital tools for data entry).
• The ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• You must be fit, strong, healthy and have plenty of stamina as this is a highly physically demanding role.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

• The shift pattern is a 7-day fortnight roster
• Night Shift - 6:00pm to 6:00am
• You must be available to work every second weekend

As a Process Worker at breadsolutions, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for a range of tasks involved in the production and packaging of our high-quality baked goods.

What you’ll be doing
