Seqwater is seeking a Business Improvement Specialist to drive enterprise-wide process improvement and operational excellence. You will partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, embed continuous improvement practices and implement sustainable solutions for lasting performance benefits.

The role targets end-to-end process optimisation, actionable plans and measurable outcomes, supported by governance and change-management disciplines.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-wide business improvement, transformation, or process optimisation initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic and operational focus.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead business improvement and transformation initiatives translating strategic priorities into actionable plans.
Analyse, redesign and optimise end-to-end processes to improve efficiency and value delivery.
Facilitate workshops and problem-solving activities to gain alignment and change adoption.
Develop benefits realisation plans with milestones, owners and performance measures.
Build organisational capability in continuous improvement through coaching and knowledge sharing.
Establish performance management disciplines across discrete projects.
