Seqwater is seeking an Enterprise Transformation Specialist to lead cross-functional, multi-year transformation programs across South East Queensland. You will translate strategic objectives into roadmaps, drive governance, and ensure benefits realisation while embedding sustainable change across the organisation.

About Your Opportunity
As the Enterprise Transformation Specialist, you will lead the delivery of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that drive strategic value and lasting organisational improvement. Working across complex programs of work, you will build executive alignment, establish effective governance and accountability frameworks, and ensure benefits are realised to achieve agreed business objectives. This role plays a critical part in embedding sustainable change, enhancing organisational capability and performance, and delivering outcomes that support Seqwater's long-term strategic priorities.

This position will be offered on a full-time 12 month fixed term contract with a competitive salary, plus 12.75% superannuation.
