Job summary

Mondelez International in Ringwood, Victoria, is seeking a Process and Reliability Engineer to drive continuous improvement at the Cadbury site. You will help maintain the daily management system, collect and validate data, and promote CI progress across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement (CI) or in a Food Manufacturing environment.
• Experience applying lean and/or TPM tools in a factory/ops setting.
• Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Help departments follow the daily management system (DMS) and provide training on CI tools and techniques.
• Help teams collect data or extract it from the system to support CI activities and the DMS.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis to address losses and KPI gaps.
• Establish new work standards to sustain improvement.
• Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities.
