Job summary

Mondelez International in Ringwood, Victoria, is seeking a Process and Reliability Engineer to drive continuous improvement at the Cadbury site. You will help maintain the daily management system, collect and validate data, and promote CI progress across manufacturing operations.

The requirements include 2+ years in CI or food manufacturing, strong Excel and data analytics skills, and the ability to train colleagues on CI tools and new work standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement (CI) or in a Food Manufacturing environment.
• Experience applying lean and/or TPM tools in a factory/ops setting.
• Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Help departments follow the daily management system (DMS) and provide training on CI tools and techniques.
• Help teams collect data or extract it from the system to support CI activities and the DMS.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis to address losses and KPI gaps.
• Establish new work standards to sustain improvement.
• Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities.

We have an exciting opportunity and are on the lookout for a Process and Reliability Engineer to join our team, based at our Ringwood manufacturing site – home to Cadbury.

This role plays an important role maintaining systems and seeing out activities that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. You help with data collection, ensure its accuracy, and promote CI progress

How you will contribute

• Help departments follow our established daily management system (DMS) and provide training on Continuous Improvement (CI) tools and techniques
• Help teams collect data or extract it from the system to support CI activities and the DMS
• Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps
• Establish new work standards to sustain improvement
• Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities.

What you will bring

• 2+ years’ experience working on Continuous Improvement (CI) or in a Food Manufacturing environment
• Strong communication skills to support team discussions on CI activities
• Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environment
• Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems
• Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools
• Organized and disciplined to support and educate on the DMS process
• University degree in Engineering, Food Science & Technology, or related fields
