Job summary

Mondelēz International at Ringwood is seeking a Process and Reliability Engineer to sustain CI initiatives and improve manufacturing performance.

You will collect and validate data, train teams on CI tools, and drive root-cause analysis to close KPI gaps while establishing new work standards and supporting the daily management system.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in CI or in a Food Manufacturing environment
• Strong communication to support team discussions on CI activities
• Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environment
• Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems
• Mastery of Excel and data analytics tools

Responsibilities

• Help departments follow our daily management system (DMS) and provide training on CI tools and techniques
• Help teams collect data or extract it from the system to support CI activities and the DMS

We have an exciting opportunity and are on the lookout for a Process and Reliability Engineer to join our team, based at our Ringwood manufacturing site – home to Cadbury.

This role plays an important role maintaining systems and seeing out activities that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. You help with data collection, ensure its accuracy, and promote CI progress.

How You Will Contribute

• Help departments follow our established daily management system (DMS) and provide training on Continuous Improvement (CI) tools and techniques
• Help teams collect data or extract it from the system to support CI activities and the DMS
• Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps
• Establish new work standards to sustain improvement
• Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities.

What You Will Bring

• 2+ years’ experience working on Continuous Improvement (CI) or in a Food Manufacturing environment
• Strong communication skills to support team discussions on CI activities
• Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environment
• Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems
• Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools
• Organized and disciplined to support and educate on the DMS process
• University degree in Engineering, Food Science & Technology, or related fields
