Job summary

Coca-Cola European Partners is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer for our Richlands, QLD site. This permanent full-time role will drive Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence, partnering with Production, Maintenance, Quality and leadership to embed a lasting culture of improvement across the site.

We’re looking for a proactive professional with Lean Manufacturing background and strong change-management capabilities to enhance productivity, quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering process improvement initiatives and business outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement projects delivering measurable operational outcomes.
• Analyse performance data and losses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and structured problem-solving sessions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, capability and performance.
• Coach teams in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
