Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in Richlands, Queensland, is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to join the Manufacturing team on a permanent full-time basis. You will lead Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives that boost productivity, quality and performance, partnering with Production, Maintenance, Quality and site leadership.

The role suits engineers or senior CI professionals with strong Lean backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification desired, with strong Lean Manufacturing/CI background preferred.
• Proven experience delivering process improvement initiatives and business outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability including root cause analysis and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement projects that deliver measurable operational outcomes.
• Analyse performance data and losses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and structured problem solving.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, capability and performance.
• Coach employees in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Drive change initiatives and support Operational Excellence programs.
• Use data and insights to support decision-making and sustained performance improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and operational excellence.
