Job summary

City People Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst (Process) to map and optimize end-to-end processes and leverage process mining insights to drive automation. The role requires facilitation of stakeholder workshops, alignment with enterprise designs, and active backlog management within agile delivery practices.

The candidate will work with SAP Signavio and other BPM tools, contributing to process transformation initiatives across the organization.
