Job summary

29Metals’ Golden Grove operation in Western Australia seeks a Process Operator to support zinc, lead and copper concentrate production. You will report to the Mill Production Supervisor and work a 2:2 roster (day and night shifts), ensuring compliance with operating strategies and safe, efficient plant operation.

You will operate plant equipment, perform routine clean‑ups, identify hazards, maintain shift logs and variances, and actively participate in safety initiatives while contributing to

Qualifications

• Background as a process operator in mineral processing plants.
• Exposure to crushing, grinding, flotation, and dewatering circuits.
• Current C-class driver’s licence (manual).

Responsibilities

• Operate plant and equipment to meet production targets.
• Perform routine clean-up to ensure safe, well-maintained equipment.
• Identify, evaluate, control, report, and correct hazards and loss sources.
• Maintain accurate shift logs, reports, and daily variances.
• Follow site standards and participate in safety initiatives.
