Job summary

Wilmar Sugar Australia Limited is seeking a Crushing Assistant for our Inkerman Mill in North Queensland's Burdekin region. This permanent role involves shift work during the crushing season, weekends and overtime, plus day work in the maintenance period.

You'll work safely in a team, communicate effectively, and provide regular feedback to Operations Coordinators on station performance and quality issues. Training will be provided to suitable candidates with the right aptitude and fit.

We are looking for a Crushing Assistant to join our team at Inkerman Mill. This is a permanent role at our sugar processing facility that involves shift work during the crushing season, including weekends and overtime, as well as day work during the maintenance period.

This position will be based in North Queensland's Burdekin region, known for its stunning landscapes, rich agricultural heritage, and a vibrant community.
