Job summary

Cleanaway Waste Management in Sydney, NSW invites applicants for a permanent, full-time role loading and unloading liquid tanker trucks and conducting sample analyses. You will operate processing equipment, monitor systems, and troubleshoot plant faults while contributing to safety and waste-to-resource initiatives.

The position offers rotating day/afternoon shifts with training provided, and a path for growth within a leading Australian waste management company.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence preferred but not required
• Loader or Excavator tickets are advantageous
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to safety procedures

Job description

• Permanent - Full-time position – South Windsor, NSW
• Monday to Friday
• 1 week of day shift (4.24 am to 12.30 pm), then 1 week of afternoon shift (12.24 pm to 8.30 pm)
• $35.35 per hour on day shift and $41.65 on afternoon shift
• Overtime available when required
• Full training, uniforms, and PPE provided

• Efficiently directing liquid through the correct systems to ensure safety
• Operating and monitoring processing equipment
• Diagnose faults in plant and equipment
• Treat and recycle oily water for reuse
