Job summary

Cleanaway Waste Management in Wingfield SA is seeking a hands-on driver to service and clean parts-washers, solvent sinks, turbo-washers, and spray gun machines. You will pick up waste streams in drums and bins and complete service documentation on a mobile app, while delivering excellent customer service and adhering to safety.

Successful candidates hold a minimum HR licence, can travel 1–2 nights per week, pass a pre-employment medical, and may obtain a National Police check.

Qualifications

• Minimum HR licence required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Permanent - Full-time position - Wingfield, SA
• $39.83 an hour + penalties for all overtime. Must be able to work up to 50 hours per week
• Ability to work away 1-2 nights per week (Accommodation and meals provided)
• Full training and company uniforms provided

• $39.83 an hour + penalties for all overtime. Must be able to work up to 50 hours per week

The Opportunity

• Driving company service truck to customer sites to provide a service where you will be required to maintain and clean parts-washers, solvent sinks, turbo-washers, and spray gun machines.
• Pick up of multiple waste streams in 20ltrDrums - 60ltrDrums- 205ltr drums and 660ltr bins.
• Completion of service documentation using a technological device such as mobile phone apps
• Ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction
• Ability to start early and work overtime as required

About You

• Minimum HR licence required
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work away 1-2 nights per week (Accommodation and meals provided)
• Be fit and healthy and able to pass a pre-employment medical
• Ability to obtain a National Police check (paid for by Cleanaway)
• Excellent customer service ethic and commitment to safety
• Good verbal and written communication skills
